[Chapter 1 General Rules] Article 1 (Objective) This Agreement is designed to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the users for membership and service use of the Internet Site (ww.***) operated by ***. Chapter 2 Membership Agreement Article 6 (Registration of Members) 1 Users '***' signify their consent to these terms and conditions according to the subscription form set by '***' and apply for membership by filling in their member information. 2 '***' shall be registered as a member unless the following subparagraphs apply for membership as provided in paragraph 1. Except in cases where the applicant has previously lost his or her membership under paragraph 3 of Article 7 of this Agreement, only if he or she has obtained the approval to re-enroll the membership of the Site three years after the loss of the membership pursuant to article 7 paragraph 3 of this Agreement. Regulations on Cybercash 1 The cybercash is an electronic currency that can be used like cash within the *** site. 2 Cybercash automatically accumulates when purchasing from '***' 3 Cybercash set aside for purchase is not refunded in cash. 4 Cybercash can be used with cash or credit card. For example, if you buy a 10,000 won product and you have a 1,000 won cybercash, you only need to pay 9,000 won in cash or credit card. 5 When using a different payment method with the cybercache, the cybercache is used first. 6 Cybercash can be used in 1,000 won increments. 7 If you leave a member, all of the cybercash will be decimated.
